He proposed!!!! This was the sweetest moment that had me tearing up while I was snapping shots! I kept telling myself, PULL IT TOGETHER, it’s super hard to see what I am focusing on through tears! That moment was so, so sweet!

I met this sweet couple for the first time yesterday right after he proposed and could tell instantly they were a perfect match. These two have been dating 7 1/2 years!!!  When you have dated for almost 8 years you more than READY for the next step and it was so fun to be a part of this amazing moment in their lives!!!!!!!

So fun story….Taylor and Trevor’s moms set them up! Their moms had been friends for a while and one evening, while they were having fun at a girls night out, their wheels started turning and they began collaborating and dreaming up plans for their kids (as we moms so often do ha!). They decided that their two kids would be the cutest couple at the high school, so they set them up! I think it is safe to say that after 7 1/2 years, their collaboration paid off! As Taylor said, Momma knows best!

Sunday afternoon I drove out to the famous “I love you so much” wall in Austin to hide and wait for this beautiful couple. When I arrived my heart dropped as I saw the huge crowd waiting to take pictures. I couldn’t stop worrying about the long line of people, and how in the world Trevor was going to pull this off!  I wanted to yell out, “EVERYONE MOVE! THERE IS A PROPOSAL ABOUT TO HAPPEN!” But just as that thought crossed my mind, the crowds parted and the couple showed up! (Whew! I didn’t have to access my crazy side! Ha! ) I could tell Trevor was nervous and Taylor had no idea what was about to happen. I began snapping away as Trevor knelt down on one knee and asked Taylor to spend the rest of her life with him.  Swoon.

After Trevor placed that gorgeous diamond on Taylor’s finger the tears began rolling down her face. Actually, the tears started as soon as he knelt down on one knee! It was a genuine and happy moment between the two of them! I was so blessed to witness such a joyous occasion!
